My names Theo. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I love helping people, that’s why I decided to become a personal trainer – Helping people to make health and fitness a priority. I specialise in combat sports, I’ve taught beginners kickboxing and boxing classes for over 2 years and have some ring experience myself as I’ve fought novice and amateur Muay Thai and corporate boxing. I thoroughly enjoy high intensity training but I also know how important it is to stretch. I am friendly and approachable and I look forward to training with you guys. Hopefully see you at boxing!
