Classes:
STATIC:
Beginner 1: This class will teach you classic basics aimed for completely new to pole or who would like to revise the essentials. They cover posture and movement around the pole and basic tricks, spins and holds.
Beginner 2: This class will cover spins and tricks that are a little more challenging. We will develop your upper body strength and to begin to invert (go upside down) to move up towards intermediate. We will begin to tie some moves together into a sequence.
Intermediate: Intermediate is for those who are confident inverting and are wanting to explore more advanced techniques, spins and tricks. We will be sequencing multiple moves together and using hangs and inverted moves. It is important to have a solid foundation of beginner 1 and 2 to attend this class.
SPIN:
*as spin is a little more difficult, though not essential, we do recommend you take one or two beginner 1 classes first*

Intermediate Spin: This class will cover spins and tricks that are a little more challenging. We will focus on flow and tying together multiple moves to make a sequence. We will develop your upper body strength and to begin to invert (go upside down)
OTHER:
Let’s get Grooving!: Always one of the most popular classes – lets get grooving is a fun, sassy, choreography based class. You will learn a new dance routine each class to a new awesome song. Heels are recommended though not essential, suitable for all levels. *Limited to 5 people as instructor needs pole*
Stretch and Relax: A great way to unwind after a long week. Work on your flexibility, work out those knots and the fluidity of your movement. Open to students of all levels.
