I am from Japan but now I call New Zealand my second home!
I began my yoga practise about 9 years ago. At that time I was struggling with back pains due to herniated discs but yoga helped me to build strength and mobility. Practising yoga also gives me a peaceful mind. In my class I support you to begin or continue your own yoga journey and share the wonderful experience of practising yoga.
