Carina has a background in competitive gymnastics as well as being a gymnastics coach.
​She has been rock climbing since 2011 and took her first pole dancing class in January 2013.
She loves that pole dancing challenges you, not only physically, but creatively as well.
Due to her background in sports, her dedication and passion as a student, she quickly progressed to become an instructor and performer.
She loves passing on her knowledge and love for this sport to her students and enjoys watching them grow as people and as fellow pole dancers.
