I moved from Ireland to New Zealand in 2005 and
fell in love with all forms of cycling.
Since then I have raced bikes all over the country,
Racing Road, Downhill, Enduro and XC.
I have been heavily involved in the cycling community
over the years, most notably, president of Makara
Peak MTB Park and the initial trail leader for WMTBC at the Mount VicTrails.
Riding bikes changed my life, being fit and helping
others to enjoy it as much as I do is very satisfying.
I can tailor make a program for all levels of fitness,
age, ability, discipline and budget.
